Refund and return policy

At Etchify our products are all custom designed, personalized, and made per order, therefore all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Thank you for understanding.

Our Process

Each product design must be approved by the customer before it is sent to production, and we take great care in making sure our designs are accurate and correct from the instructions we receive from our customers.

Product Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at contact@etchify.com with 30 days from the date you received your order.  Any communication received after 30 days past the shipping date will not be honored. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@etchify.com .   Any communication received after 30 days past the shipping date will not be honored. 

Shipping Policy

We print our shipping labels directly from the address entered with your order, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We currently ship to physical United States addresses only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for questions on Rush or International Shipping options. Please allow for extra shipping time on Holiday orders.
