This allows us to ensure your order is produced to your exact specifications. Therefore, all sales are considered final and items cannot be returned or refunded. We want you to be satisfied, so if for some reason you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or there is an error in the decoration, please contact support@Etchify.com within 30 days of your order delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
